Wake County Tracks Hurricanes, Promotes ReadyWake Alerts

RALEIGH, N.C. — Wake County Government says NC Emergency Management and Wake County Emergency Management are tracking major Carolina Hurricanes on the horizon. “Watch out Clark County, Nevada,” the release said.

The agencies said the Hurricanes are bringing the storm surge your way straight from the Canes County.

Meanwhile, the Carolina Hurricanes are getting ready to take the NHL Stanley Cup by storm. Residents can sign up for ReadyWake alerts to prepare for hurricane season at readywake.com.
